Winemaker’s Notes:Our 2022 Silvara Rosé, crafted entirely from Syrah grapes, is a symphony of flavors that will captivate your senses. The wine greets you with enticing aromas of rhubarb and the luscious sweetness of fresh strawberries. As you take your first sip, a delightful medley of sweet watermelon, strawberry jam, and subtle hints of zesty orange juice dance on your palate. Balanced with refreshing acidity and a satisfyingly long finish, it's no wonder this Rosé earned a gold medal and the title of "Best in Class" at the 2017 Wenatchee Wine & Food Festival Wine Competition.

Appellation: Zilla Ranch & Rattlesnake Hills

Blend: 100% Syrah

Aging Potential: 2-3 years

Winemaker's Notes: From Columbia Valley AVA where the sun-drenched slopes and old vines deliver dazzling aromatics and lush depth.

A signature blend of 60% Gewurztraminer& 40% Dry Riesling.

Lush and exotic, bursting with lychee, peach& honeysuckle. Kissed by citrus, with a silky finsh of tropical charm.

Winemaker’s Notes: The Brut, crafted from 80% Chardonnay. My previous sparklings were mainly Riesling or Pinot Noir, but this time I aimed for a wine that expresses the exceptional quality of Washington State Chardonnay. It’s perfect for holiday celebrations with family and friends.

Appellation: Columbia Valley

Blend: 80% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir

Pairings: It is a perfect accompaniment to celebrations of all kinds. The long-lasting effervescence and lively acidity make it a versatile wine that pairs well with a variety of foods, including salty appetizers, spicy dishes, and creamy desserts.

Winemaker’s Notes: The wine's color and taste was inspired from sparkling Roses from around the world. The wine is made in the "Saignée" method by adding 2% still pinot noir to the blend to create the beautiful garnet pink color. This Brut Rose has a melon-mango color and tropical fruit, pineapple, orange, and pink grapefruit on the nose. Additional hints of spices like cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, and clove. The cornucopia continues on the palate with custard, a real delicacy. The finish is long and round, a sweet kiss.

Blend: 90% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay

Winemaker's Notes: 100% Pinot Grigio

100% hand-harvested Pinot Gris, LIvely& Luminous, with crystal clarity.  A Light bodied, refreshing white wine. 

Alcohol 13.28%. 

Zesty& elegant with lemon peel, green apple, pear& a hint of sea breeze.

Sourced: 63.24% Willard Vineyard, 36.36% Grow Vineyard

Winemaker’s Notes: This is a bubbly Riesling named White Stag. Its pale straw color shimmers with a brilliant clarity, evoking images of pristine mountain streams and glistening winter snow. On the nose, one is greeted with a bouquet of fragrant orchard fruits, including crisp green apple and juicy pear. These enticing aromas are complemented by subtle floral notes of honeysuckle, which lend a delicate touch of sweetness to the bouquet. On the palate, White Stag is an exquisite balance of sweet and crisp, with a lively acidity that tingles the tongue.

Winemaker’s Notes: We’ve always believed that fruit wine had serious potential, able to offer complexity, precision, and the kind of deliciousness that makes you crave an immediate second glass. And yet, after years of tasting every example we could get our hands on, we couldn’t find one that lived up to our expectations. So we decided to take matters into our own hands. The result -our High Mountain Huckleberry Rosé- is everything we’ve been searching for in fruit wine! Our rendition finds a scintillating balance between mouthwatering acidity and sweetness of fruit, leveraging huckleberry’s natural talents to “amp up” some of the finest Horse Heaven Riesling from the Pacific Northwest. The result is a rosé that’s slightly sweet, tart and floral, but crisp and refreshing!
