The Brut, crafted from 80% Chardonnay. My previous sparklings were mainly Riesling or Pinot Noir, but this time I aimed for a wine that expresses the exceptional quality of Washington State Chardonnay. It’s perfect for holiday celebrations with family and friends.

Tasting Notes: This Brut is straw yellow in color, with gorgeous apple on the nose and palate. Round mouthfeel, dense and silky with a long finish and a touch of sweetness.
