Tasting Note: “The aromatics are so complex and interesting that you may forget to taste the wine! The palate defines elegance and finesse, with refined structure, crisp acidity, and well-delineated notes of black plum, framboise, truffle, forest floor, and black olives. The long finish resolves with savory notes of truffle, white pepper, and stony minerality.
